The Danish pavilion “Heart of Denmark” built as a giant tent construction on the world-famous Ipanema Beach was a public venue for events and an exhibition centered on design, innovation, art and culture during the Olympics in Rio in 2016. 39 partners used the pavilion as a platform for branding and networking with more than 190,000 visitors during 19 event days. 79 other Danish companies contributed to the exhibition.
GRID was used as exhibition design with special made panels for the brands and their stories and products and and as seating options for visitors.
